Nick and I  have a small family farm near Mayfield, Kansas where we raised our son and daughter. Over the years we have  raised a variety of animals and crops.  Now we specialize in Boer and Savanna Goats, while raising brome hay to feed them.

We were already members of the local 4-H chapter when our daughter, Lucy, tried her hand at showing a goat in the Pee-Wee show at our county fair.  She loved it so much that the following year we had two wethers at the show.  The rest was pretty much history.  Seemed like each year we expanded, then we went on to raise our own goats.  Soon our son, Cooper, was showing goats as well.  We loved goats so much that we incorporated Lucy's goats with ours and started our own herd.  We have recently branched out into Savannas and are extremally thrilled with the results we have had from them.  It has truly been a family affair.  Our children still help us out from time to time with the goats and hay.
